Wellbeing at Zeno
We believe rest and play are just as important as hard work. That’s why we’ve built a culture that actively supports balance and wellbeing. Once a month we offer Freedom Fridays where the team can log off early to take time back for rest. Through our Be Kind To Your Mind programme we offer a Headspace subscription and have six Mental Health First Aiders. Each year we gift every team member a Day of Play, a paid day off to unplug and unwind, and an extra day off to mark World Mental Health Day.

Making a positive impact is a Zeno priority. We were the first PR agency to work with The Sustainability Group, an alternative to B Corp that helps smaller organisations implement rigorous sustainability practices. Their FuturePlus platform measures progress against 250 indicators and we’re currently their highest performing agency in the marketing & communications cohort.
We’re also focused on the impact we make beyond our walls. Each year, we come together for Zeno Gives Back, our team volunteering day. Each year our people choose a charity partner local to our office for us to support.
